Near empty? No funds nearby?

You and your businesses may fill your empty tills by (a) keeping the fingers of creditors out of your wallet; (b) erasing all your debts or repaying part of what you owe and being discharged of the rest. Ask about Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11. We’ll help you get a fresh start.

Civil Litigation
You’ll get your day in court!

Some disputes cannot be resolved by negotiating. You may have to sue someone or fight back when someone sues you. Civil litigation is about breach of contract, personal injury, fraud, civil rights, foreclosure, constitutional rights, and the like. Tell us what your fight is all about.

Appeals Circle
Say it isn’t so!

Typically, a court (state or federal) will rule for one party and against the other. Not all judges are right. The way you determine whether they are right is to appeal their decision to a higher court. If the issue is important enough, and you have the means to do so, and believe that you and your attorneys were right but the judge did not see it your way, you can ask a higher court to review and reverse the lower court’s decision. Ask us to review the lower court’s order.
